Description
This wooden folk art Noah’s Arc is hand-painted and made of wood. It has a removable roof and a removable gang plank. There are about a dozen pairs of creatures, each handmade on a flat piece of wood and glued to a wooden stand. I bought it at a country auction in WNC, and had to battle another bidder to score this charming, unique item. The arc is about a foot long and eight inches wide, and the animals range from 2 1/2 inches tall to four inches tall.
