I fell in love with this painted wall-mounted cabinet when I saw it at Oddfellow’s Antiques. Tom bought it at an outdoor market in England from a German-speaking man who knew no English. Because of that I don’t have any information about the piece or its origins. It looks Tyrolean to me and I could just see it in the home of Heidi and her grandfather. I think I must have been a gypsy in a past life, because I am attracted to things that look as if they had spent time in a gypsy caravan. The measurements of the cabinet are 22″high and 25″ wide.
